Please review this important information for Transfer Students looking to apply for Veterans Benefits.

1.ÌýÌýÌý Obtain a copy of your Certificate of Eligibility (COE). This can be obtained online at or by contacting the VA directly. You will need to attach this letter to the Veterans Request for Certification form in the next step.

4.    After completing steps 1-2, you are now able to register for classes on the appropriate date. Once you register for classes, the school certifying official will be able to submit your precertification of enrollment (how many hours you are enrolled in) to the VA. Certifications are normally done 2-3 weeks prior to the start of the semester.
